Thank you for taking the time to consider me as your individual or team's coach. 

In my life before full time coaching and mentoring, I developed businesses and managed teams in a consulting environment, partnering with a broad range of international and global entities as they evolved to thrive in challenging markets.

As a Systemic Coach, my role is to support you in your journey to becoming your best 'you'. Apart from having my full attention, this support will include challenge and an invitation to explore new thinking. All successful coaching relationships are co-created, so it is important that we can develop the rapport and trust necessary to speak without reserve. Apart from work undertaken in the UK, I have supported English-speaking clients in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, India and Germany.

I work primarily with business leaders, but when we go deeper, discussions are rarely confined to the 'local' business environment.  We all fulfil multiple roles in our work, personal and social lives.  I help clients discern the balance that works for them and embrace the change which sustains long-term success and wellbeing in a life that has purpose and meaning.

Apart from supporting my clients as an individual and team coach, I am an experienced mentor coach/supervisor.

I am an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (PCC), European Mentoriing and Coaching Council (Senior Practioner Individual and Team Coaching), Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (CBC) and hold an MSc in Industrial & Organisational Psychology.

I am qualifed to administer and give feedback on a variety of assessments.
